How does the Icoskin LED Face Mask work?
The Icoskin mask uses photobiomodulation technology with three clinically-proven wavelengths (630nm red, 850nm near-infrared, and 460nm blue) to penetrate different skin layers. These specific wavelengths stimulate cellular activity, boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, and help manage blemish-prone skin—all without heat, UV rays, or invasive procedures.
How often should I use the device?
For optimal results, we recommend using the mask for 10-15 minutes daily. You can use it either in the morning or evening, whichever fits best into your routine. Consistency is key—most benefits come from regular, daily use over time. Some users prefer to use it whilst relaxing, reading, or watching television.
When will I see results?
Results vary depending on your skin type and concerns. Many users notice an improvement in skin texture and radiance within 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use. Is LED light therapy safe?
Yes, LED light therapy is a non-invasive, safe treatment that has been extensively studied for over 50 years. It uses no UV rays and generates no significant heat. However, if you have epilepsy, are taking photosensitising medications, or have any concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before use. The mask includes built-in eye protection, but we recommend keeping your eyes closed during treatment.
Can I use the mask with my skincare products?
Yes, the mask works wonderfully alongside your existing skincare routine. For best results, cleanse your face before use to remove makeup and impurities. You can apply serums before using the mask—the light therapy may help enhance absorption. Apply moisturisers and heavier creams after your treatment session.
Which light mode should I use?
The Icolux 2.0 offers three modes: Red light (630nm) is ideal for anti-ageing, fine lines, and overall skin rejuvenation. Blue light (460nm) targets acne-causing bacteria and is best for blemish-prone skin. Near-infrared (850nm) penetrates deepest and is excellent for inflammation, healing, and skin health. You can also use combination modes depending on your needs.
How do I clean and maintain my mask?
After each use, gently wipe the interior of the mask with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild antibacterial cleanser—avoid getting moisture in the electronic components. Never submerge the mask in water or use harsh chemicals. Store in the provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day. During peak periods (such as promotional events), delivery may take an additional 1-2 days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Is shipping free?

Technical Support
My device won't turn on. What should I do?
First, ensure the device is fully charged—connect it to the provided USB-C cable for at least 2 hours. Check that the charging cable is properly connected at both ends. If the device still won't power on, try a different power adapter or USB port. If problems persist, contact our customer support team for assistance.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge provides approximately 5-6 treatment sessions (10-15 minutes each). The device features a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a lifespan of approximately 500 charge cycles. We recommend charging after every 2-3 uses to maintain optimal battery health.
Can I use the mask while it's charging?
For safety reasons, we recommend not using the mask while it's connected to the charger. Always disconnect the device before beginning your treatment session.
The lights seem dimmer than before. Is this normal?
If the LEDs appear dimmer, first ensure the device is fully charged. Over time, some variation in brightness can occur, but it shouldn't significantly impact effectiveness. If you notice a dramatic decrease in light output, contact our support team—this may be covered under warranty.
