At Icoskin, we're committed to delivering your LED Face Mask quickly, safely, and with full tracking visibility. This policy outlines our delivery methods, timeframes, and what to expect when ordering from us.

Free UK Delivery

Complimentary tracked shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom: All addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man: Standard delivery available

We do not currently ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical delivery address where someone can receive the parcel or a safe place can be designated.

International Shipping: We're working on expanding to European countries and will announce international shipping options soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your region.

Delivered within 3-5 business days. Some remote postcodes may require an additional 1-2 days.

Affected postcodes: AB, FK, G83, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH, ZE

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase:

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 2pm: Dispatched the next business day
  • Weekend orders: Processed and dispatched on Monday
  • Bank holiday orders: Processed on the next working day

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Every order ships with full tracking visibility:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number upon dispatch
  • Direct link to track your package in real-time
  • SMS notifications for DPD deliveries (including 1-hour delivery window)
  • Estimated delivery date and live status updates

Delivery Attempts & Safe Places

Our couriers will make every effort to deliver your parcel:

  • First delivery attempt: The courier will attempt delivery to your specified address
  • Safe place: If you're not home, you can nominate a safe place via the courier's tracking portal
  • Neighbour delivery: Parcels may be left with a neighbour if you've enabled this option
  • Collection point: If delivery isn't possible, your parcel will be taken to a local collection point
  • "Sorry we missed you" card: Instructions for redelivery or collection will be left

Packaging

Your Icoskin LED Face Mask will arrive in discreet, protective packaging:

  • Plain outer box with no visible branding (for privacy)
  • Premium branded inner packaging
  • Protective foam inserts to prevent damage in transit
  • Fully recyclable packaging materials
  • All accessories, charger, and documentation included

Delivery Issues

What if my package doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information for the latest status update
  2. Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct
  3. Check with neighbours, reception, or any designated safe place
  4. Look for a "Sorry we missed you" card from the courier
  5. Contact us if your tracking shows no movement for 3+ business days

Damaged or lost packages:

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@icoskin.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and photographs of any damage. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

  • Royal Mail: Standard UK delivery with Tracked 48 service
  • DPD: Express next-day delivery with 1-hour time slot notifications

All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage during transit.
