At Icoskin, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Every Icolux 2.0 LED Face Mask is manufactured to exacting standards and comes with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty for your peace of mind.
Warranty Coverage
1-Year Standard Warranty
All Icoskin devices are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Extended warranty options available at checkout for up to 3 years of protection.
What's Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- LED light malfunction under normal use
- Power supply or charging issues not caused by misuse
- Manufacturing defects affecting product performance
- Controller or timer malfunction
- Faulty straps or adjustable components
- Premature battery degradation (below 80% capacity within warranty period)
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (including minor scratches or scuffs)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Damage from accidents, drops, impacts, or liquid exposure
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorised retailers or third-party marketplaces
- Loss or theft of the device
- Damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from use with incompatible accessories or power supplies
- Natural battery degradation after extended use (beyond reasonable expectations)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our warranty team at contact@icoskin.com
- Provide your order number and proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- Describe the issue in detail and attach clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the defect
- Our team will assess your claim within 2-3 business days and provide further instructions
- If approved, we'll arrange collection of your device and send a replacement or repair free of charge
Important: For approved warranty claims, Icoskin will cover all shipping costs. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label once your claim is verified.
Warranty Remedies
If your warranty claim is approved, Icoskin will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product using genuine Icoskin parts
- Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model
- Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement isn't feasible
Replacement devices are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of your original order.
UK Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this warranty limits or affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Under UK law, goods must be:
- As described
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose

Warranty Registration
Your warranty is automatically registered when you purchase directly from icoskin.com. No additional registration is required—simply keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
If you purchased from an authorised retail partner, please retain your original receipt and register your device by emailing contact@icoskin.com with your receipt and device serial number.
